I placed an order with a service on December 12th, and their website indicated that the estimated delivery would be between December 16th and 21st. I thought I'd still receive the item before Christmas, even in the worst-case scenario. However, the package didn't even get a shipping label until December 17th and wasn't handed off to a shipping partner until the 19th. Now, it's December 22nd, and the package still hasn't been transferred to USPS. Any hopes of receiving it before Christmas are dashed. I appreciate the concept of their business, but if you're not in a rush and can wait for very slow shipping, then I might suggest it. Be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. This review focuses on the delivery process, not the product quality, as I haven't received it yet.
