This is absolutely the worst experience imaginable. After the removal of desktop support, I had to manually configure 2FA for every app where it was set up, and then remove it from the previous service. The mobile application is so poorly designed that it's laughable. It offers no way to verify your account with username/password, only through phone number, and even that is riddled with bugs, failing to send validation SMS. An app meant to facilitate 2FA lacks a proper sign-in process. Furthermore, since it became mandatory for another platform, logging in has turned into a nightmare. The fact that the company didn’t even take a moment to validate this profile speaks volumes about their intentions with this product. It's clear they want it to fail, dragging all users down with it. Do not waste your time on this. I’ve canceled my account elsewhere and will not spend a dime on any product from this company.
