Absolutely atroicious customer service! Staff DO NOT LISTEN, trying to get help in hacked account and they KEEP SENDING PHONE NUMBER CHANGE REQUEST even though I've said 4 times I do not know the hacker's number. Still - phone change reques email sent to me. Each staff says they will personally deal with this and email me back, they don't. Not one single staff member has actually listened to my request.Your training is a joke, your staff don't know how to or can't be bothered to stick to their word.All emails to prove this review is honest.
