I was screened by Joanna Gillham. The 15 minute appointments are very tight even though the screening is a quick process. An extra 5 minutes would go a long way. Jo was very friendly and efficient. She stayed in the call with me an extra moment as I’d mentioned I had a few questions about the process. The queries she could not answer, she said she would raise it to the team so that someone could get back to me. When I received my screening results email, those answers were included in the email.
