I had my assessment with Olivia, who offered clarity, reassurance and maintained professionalism throughout our very brief interaction, all without coming across as the humourless ghoul caricature people fall into all too often while whizzing through questionnaires. Very humanising.
I was very nervous going into the initial screening consultation but Oliva the phycotherapist was very understanding and did her best to put me at ease . I felt understood and was provided with helpful information and what the next steps would be . I would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with where to turn to for help screening, ,diagnosis or just information. Its an easy process and may provide the answers youve been searching for.

I was screened by Joanna Gillham. The 15 minute appointments are very tight even though the screening is a quick process. An extra 5 minutes would go a long way. Jo was very friendly and efficient. She stayed in the call with me an extra moment as I’d mentioned I had a few questions about the process. The queries she could not answer, she said she would raise it to the team so that someone could get back to me. When I received my screening results email, those answers were included in the email. Thank you to Jo for her time and help.
