Ordered lights and wipers. Lights perfect but it took longer to be delivered than expected (tracking was poor - not sure if that was DPD or Autodoc failings) However despite ordering from an Irish website to be delivered to Ireland, Autodoc dispatched wipers for the LHD version of a Ford Focus. When I reported this to them, they "approved" return but at my cost. Return postage is €21 for something that cost €26. Not worth the hassle or the likely delay in delivery Be careful if you require a RHD specific part.Update: When I reviewed the service I was immediately contacted by their complaints team. With an offer to fund the return (via the courier company, which took some time) autodoc refunded me for the incorrect part (they dont stock rhd wipers for Focus - take note) In fairness the complaints team have been reactive and persistent in resolving the complaint. I would order from Autodoc again but only for car parts that are not region specific
