I ordered 2 power lift struts for my car, turns out I only need one, the other strut was manual so purchased that and sent one of the power struts back, I was given a return address which I sent the part back, two weeks later I enquired as to the refund, was told they have not received it, and requested tracking info, I was never told it required tracking, now they are refusing to refund the part, so I've lost over 100 Euro, I would be very careful buying parts over the internet if the company wont refund returned items, wont be using this company again.
I ordered on December 27th and I'm still waiting for my delivery after over 20 days. I reached out to the support team and even canceled the delivery, but got no response. The tracking shows the parcel is with the carrier. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I bought headlights on their site that are not suitable for driving on the left side of the road as we do here. Both vehicles failed their inspection due to these headlights, which are meant for right-side driving only. Not sure how they can sell lights under a local domain that are inappropriate for this country.
