I ordered 2 power lift struts for my car, turns out I only need one, the other strut was manual so purchased that and sent one of the power struts back, I was given a return address which I sent the part back, two weeks later I enquired as to the refund, was told they have not received it, and requested tracking info, I was never told it required tracking, now they are refusing to refund the part, so I've lost over 100 Euro, I would be very careful buying parts over the internet if the company wont refund returned items, wont be using this company again.
