The vehicle we purchased was found to have major technical issues that we believe were known before the sale but not disclosed. After identifying these defects, the company refused to take responsibility or compensate us for our losses, instead offering avoidance and excuses. This situation is particularly troubling given our long-term business relationship: we have bought 155 vehicles from them. However, in the past two years, both customer support quality and the accuracy of vehicle condition descriptions have declined significantly.
