Auto1 caused a severe water damage to my car AFTER the purchase. Car's windows had been left wide open at the logistics center, which resulted in a severely water damaged and moldy interior. Whole interior had to be dismantled (including the seat belts) to dry and sanitize the interior. The photos of the listing showcased a normal, clean used vehicle and I wouldn't have bought this kind of water damaged and moldy vehicle, at least not for this kind of money. They provided a measly 100 EUR voucher with an explanation, that it is "normal state of a used vehicle" which is pure mockery. After continuously stating that I am not going to accept this kind of mockery, they just kept sending the same anonymous answer over and over again by stating that it is a final decision.

The actions of the company are seen as clear financial misconduct and deceptive business practices. They mislead customers by concealing serious and costly defects in vehicles. The car we sold had major technical issues that, in our view, the company was aware of prior to the sale but failed to disclose. Once these defects were uncovered, the company completely denied any responsibility or compensation for the losses, opting instead to evade, make formal excuses, and ignore the customer. This situation is particularly alarming as this is not a singular experience - we have purchased a total of 155 vehicles from this company. Unfortunately, over the past two years, both the quality of customer service and the accuracy of vehicle condition descriptions have declined significantly to an unacceptable level. Such practices are not only unfair but entirely intolerable. We strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with this company - there is a genuine risk of losing both money and time.

The conduct of the company represents clear financial misconduct. They mislead customers by hiding significant and costly vehicle defects. The vehicle we purchased was found to have major technical issues that we believe were known before the sale but not disclosed. After identifying these defects, the company refused to take responsibility or compensate us for our losses, instead offering avoidance and excuses. This situation is particularly troubling given our long-term business relationship: we have bought 155 vehicles from them. Upon receiving the vehicle, several serious defects were found that were not mentioned in the auction listing. Additionally, the photos in the auction seem to belong to another vehicle, which is misleading and deceptive. Detected Defects
The engine coolant reservoir was nearly empty upon delivery. A warning for "low coolant level" appeared on the dashboard. A test drive indicated excessive pressure in the cooling system, signaling a serious engine issue. The coolant level photo in the auction does not match the vehicle received, suggesting deliberate concealment. Non-Conformity
The auction description failed to mention any coolant warning. The listing featured photos from a different vehicle. Concealed serious defects greatly diminish the vehicle’s value and usability. These factors represent a fundamental breach of contract. Attachments

The company ignored my request both on their platform and during our phone conversation, responding in a dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. Such behavior is unacceptable and Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and caution potential buyers about hidden defects and poor customer service.

Declining service quality

I purchased about 30 vehicles from the service since 2018, and initially, it was a positive experience. However, over time, the quality and support have declined significantly. Now, buying a vehicle feels like a gamble; you might get a decent car, but if issues arise, support is lacking. Previously, I returned a car with a serious issue, but now they refuse to accept such returns. Even if there are discrepancies in mileage, accountability is avoided. My recent experiences have been disappointing, with hidden defects and unaddressed problems. I have stopped working with the service entirely and would not recommend buying from them.

Unreliable service

The company is extremely unreliable. After buying a car, it's nearly impossible to address any complaints — they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. My emails go unanswered, and it seems my messages are blocked. They entice customers with misleading practices, but once issues arise, they vanish and stop all communication. There is no support, accountability, or willingness to resolve problems. Absolutely not recommended. Unprofessional behavior.

Disappointing delivery experience

The worst delivery experience I've ever had. I waited 2.5 months, and they changed the delivery time five times. When I inquired about the car's arrival, I was told, 'Are you stupid? Can't you see the delivery date?' Terrible feedback from the managers. I called and emailed repeatedly, but got no help. The only response was to wait another week, and then another. I'm extremely disappointed.
