Received a defective air pump twice

I got a faulty air pump and received a replacement that was also defective. When I contacted the support team, they told me I could get a refund if the second one was faulty, stating no return was necessary. However, they later informed me that I couldn't receive a refund until I returned both items and would have to cover the cost of printing the required forms. Despite spending over £100, the agents were unhelpful and rude. After this experience, I will not order from here again. I still haven't received a refund or a proper replacement air pump, which leaves me in a tough spot. The £1.85 refund isn't worth the poor service I've encountered. I strongly advise against using this service.
