Battery replacement turned into a hassle

When a car battery fails, a quick replacement is vital, which I expected. I ordered a new battery on Thursday, December 11, in time for a holiday trip. The delivery was supposed to be on Monday, December 15, but it didn't arrive. Now I have no updates, just that it has been picked up. We're leaving Sunday, and my confidence is low. I will not use this service again and will inform my friends about this disappointing experience.

Needed a quick battery replacement, but disappointed

When a car battery dies, timely delivery is essential. I ordered a new battery on Thursday, December 11, hoping to have it for a Christmas trip. The promised delivery was set for Monday, December 15, but it never arrived. Now I have no information on when it will come, just that it has been collected by the carrier. We plan to leave Sunday, and my faith in this service is dwindling. I will never use this service again and will warn all my friends about this poor experience.

Received a defective air pump twice

I got a faulty air pump and received a replacement that was also defective. When I contacted the support team, they told me I could get a refund if the second one was faulty, stating no return was necessary. However, they later informed me that I couldn't receive a refund until I returned both items and would have to cover the cost of printing the required forms. Despite spending over £100, the agents were unhelpful and rude. After this experience, I will not order from here again. I still haven't received a refund or a proper replacement air pump, which leaves me in a tough spot. The £1.85 refund isn't worth the poor service I've encountered. I strongly advise against using this service.

Warranty claim process is frustrating

I ordered headlights for my vehicle in May after an accident. They were installed during my annual service in October, but one was broken. I filed a warranty claim, and while they quickly sent a replacement, it was the wrong part. I returned it using their label, which they confirmed was received, but I received no replacement. I keep getting emails about missing details, and now they’re closing my case without resolution. I just want a refund for the headlight. If everything goes smoothly, they are decent, but if there's an issue, the process is chaotic and frustrating. I cannot recommend them at this time.
