I ordered headlights for my vehicle in May after an accident. They were installed during my annual service in October, but one was broken. I filed a warranty claim, and while they quickly sent a replacement, it was the wrong part. I returned it using their label, which they confirmed was received, but I received no replacement. I keep getting emails about missing details, and now they’re closing my case without resolution. I just want a refund for the headlight. If everything goes smoothly, they are decent, but if there's an issue, the process is chaotic and frustrating. I cannot recommend them at this time.
