I bought a set of tyres, but they didn’t fit my vehicle. I’ve been trying to reach the support team for five days to return them under EU consumer laws. Each time I contact them, I only get an automated response to wait 24–48 hours. No progress after that. I’ve tried the in-app chat, virtual assistant, email, and social media, but received no real assistance, return label, or follow-up. The chat closes if I don’t respond immediately, forcing me to start over. This service level is unacceptable in Denmark and the EU, where timely responses are required. I’m now escalating to my bank for a chargeback and contacting consumer protection. I hope the service improves and stops providing the same unhelpful response.
