I ordered 8 tyres, and after confirmation, I found out that the price increased by 250 DKK per tyre for 4 of them after the order was finalized. This is misleading and against EU consumer law. Additionally, they charged my payment method before shipping, which violates EU distance selling regulations. I have evidence of the original prices at the time of purchase. Their customer service claimed that prices could change even after a transaction is completed, which is against consumer rights. This practice is unacceptable and damages consumer trust. I urge caution when buying from the service until they comply with EU regulations.
