I purchased a set of windshield wipers and entered the vehicle details, which indicated the correct brand, type, and model year, along with a variety of options. Unfortunately, the selected set did not fit. When I investigated the return process, I discovered that while the company is located in Berlin, the return address is in Poland, which significantly increases the return shipping cost. Moreover, their policy indicates that refunds will be reduced if the package has been opened. Since I need to open the package to check the fit, this makes returns quite problematic. After reading other reviews, I opted not to return the items and will exclude this company from my list of suppliers. Please note that this company operates several websites under different names that appear to be identical.
