I ordered new brake pads front and rear new discs front and rear and new shock absorbers front and rear. I paid via PayPal so my address and post code goes in automatically. For reasons only known to Autodoc they put the right address on the order but the wrong post code. These parts were ordered at the beginning of June I received a text saying delivered with a picture of a parcel leaning up against the wall only problem is it was the wrong door and wrong address. I complained to the company and Evri an eventually got a delivery it was the shocks only problem was it was 4 front shocks. I complained to autodoc again who eventually agreed to send me a returns label saying when they get the shockers back they would refund me. So with that I bought the back shocks again. In between time I was still waiting for the discs and pads the-parts went back to the company they sent them out again to the wrong post code again rejected again and company recalled them again in the meantime they had received the shockers back but I didn’t get my refund they kept saying there would sort it. After over a month of waiting I got in touch with PayPal and my bank to just get my money back minus the cost of the 2 shockers I kept so this amounted to £314 plus the extra £96 for the rear shockers that I was still waiting for. Autodoc emailed me to say goods delivered again so I went on my emails to see Evri had sent an email to saying delivered with a picture I checked and yes wrong post code again right address I complained again and told them I still hadn’t had my refund back for the shockers that they had received back they told me because I had a complaint via PayPal they wouldn’t give me my refund unless I dropped the complaint to which I said I would if I got the good I had paid for plus the refund for the returned shockers. They weren’t willing to sort it so I have gone back to the bank to claim it back. I would never use these muppets again and I advise to stay away from them
