I ordered a set of windshield wipers and entered the vehicle information, which led me to the correct brand, type, and model year, along with many options. Unfortunately, the set I selected did not fit. Upon looking into the return process, I found that while the company is based in Berlin, the return address is in Poland, which makes returning the items far more expensive. Additionally, their policy states that if the package has been opened, the refund amount will be reduced. To check the fit of the wipers, the package must be opened. In summary, returning items to this company is quite challenging. After reading other experiences, I chose not to return the product and will not consider this company as a supplier. Please be aware that this company operates multiple websites under different names that are essentially the same!
