I never completed a subscription. I only visited the checkout page and never confirmed or authorized any payment. Despite this, AutoDS charged me a full subscription amount without my consent — I never received the advertised 14-day $1 trial they promote either.
To make it worse, when I contacted their customer support to resolve this and request a refund, they were completely unhelpful and did nothing to assist me. No refund, no solution, no accountability — just a waste of my time.
This is fraudulent behavior. Charging customers who never finalized a purchase, then refusing to make it right, is a disgrace. Do NOT trust this company with your payment information. They will take your money and leave you with zero support when things go wrong.
