I had credits on my AutoDS balance that I couldn’t withdraw, which is incredibly frustrating. Their products are overpriced, there’s zero flexibility in their plans, and customer support is painfully slow. Overall, the value just isn’t there – it feels like a setup to take as much money from you as possible without providing real benefits. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable dropshipping tool.

I absolutely do not recommend this. Stay away from them. Lately (the same problems have been going on for 6 months), it has really driven me crazy. I do dropshipping and this software simply doesn't work. 1- I put products in draft mode and it never uploads them to my store. 2- Products I upload to my store via supplier links, which should automatically process orders when they come in, are shown as "unmonitored products" by the software and no automatic orders are placed. Additionally, I can't find the supplier's link or the product itself, forcing me to spend hours searching for it again. Yet, I already uploaded that product via my supplier link. 3- Products I upload via supplier links appear as "unmonitored products" all at once after a day or two, and I have to spend hours searching for the link again. The customer support team via email doesn't bother to solve any problems. The funniest part is they ask me for the supplier link, even though I already uploaded the product to my store using that link. They don't offer any solutions for their own software problems; they expect you to do everything yourself, including their work. They only respond to your email after 12-16 hours, and you spend days trying to explain the problem to them because the support team they call "support" has absolutely no knowledge of the software. No problems are solved. 4- Products that are out of stock at the supplier still appear as in stock in my store, forcing me to cancel orders when customers place them. 5- I click the store product upload button, and it shows 0/0 products uploaded successfully, but nothing is actually uploaded; the upload button doesn't work at all. This problem exists seven days a week. There are thousands of problems like this, but most importantly, I would never, ever recommend AutoDS. They absolutely do not solve any of my problems; on the contrary, they create more problems for you and negatively impact the health of your store.


UPDATE: The answer they gave here is completely copy-pasted. Absolutely do not believe this company, do not trust them. They have caused me serious harm. If I could post photos, I would show you all the evidence I've described. At least 100 people I know are having problems with this company, AutoDS, in the same way. Do not believe or trust them under any circumstances.

I added funds to my AutoDS account when I was actively dropshipping. However, due to financial challenges, I had to pause my business and stopped using the platform. Since I was no longer using AutoDS, I requested to withdraw my remaining balance.

The support team(orin)was very helpful and responded promptly, ensuring that my funds were returned without any issues. I’m really pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back when I resume dropshipping.

Auto-Ds has been very helpful in my TikTok shop journey...if it wasnt for auto-ds I'm not really sure how or if I would have successfully uploaded my first product to sell..the whole process is so seamless and easy to navigate that Im actually convinced I know what I'm doing at times..lol..they do most of the work and they also post winning and trending products to choose from..so your not looking blindly for products to put in your store.i highly recommend auto-ds especially if your stuck like I was and are ready to scale..xoxo

Caution: Unexpected Charges

Exercise caution, as I subscribed and my payment method was unexpectedly saved. When I browsed a product page, an addon was suggested, and upon clicking to learn more, it immediately deducted money from my bank account. I reached out to the support team, but they did not resolve the issue. While I’m not labeling it a bad platform, I advise being vigilant.
