I had to cancel my trip because of a family medical emergency. Understandably, it was a very stressful period with many calls to make. Unfortunately, I called just an hour too late and was not entitled to a full refund. The lack of understanding and support was disheartening, and it's ridiculous that there's no email contact available. Consider paying more for a better service.
