Disappointing Experience During a Tough Time

I had to cancel my trip due to a family medical emergency. It was a stressful time with many calls to make. I discovered I called just an hour too late and was ineligible for a full refund. The lack of compassion and support was frustrating, and it’s absurd that there’s no email contact available. I recommend choosing a more reliable service.

Extremely frustrating - the service lists a contact number that is "not recognised" and provides no email or chat support. This makes it nearly impossible to get help when needed.

Double Charged with No Refund

I reserved a vehicle through the service, but upon arriving at the rental office, I was charged again. They asserted that the payment from the previous provider was not received, leaving me no option but to pay a second time. When I reached out for assistance afterward, they denied my request for a refund. I strongly advise against using this service!

Ineffective Insurance Support

I booked a vehicle through the service and paid for their "full insurance" ahead of time. When the local provider refused to accept my digital credit card and forced me to buy additional insurance, I sought help from the support team. They acknowledged the double payment but claimed they could do nothing. If a broker cannot protect its customers from extra fees, they offer no real value. I ended up paying for insurance that was ineffective, with no compensation or support from them. Completely absurd service.

Trip Cancellation Due to Family Emergency

Unfortunately, I called just an hour too late and was not entitled to a full refund. Disappointing Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the service, despite being a long-time customer. I booked a vehicle but was unable to collect it due to unforeseen circumstances. I was ready to pick it up the next day, but the rental partner cancelled the booking. What shocked me was that the service refused to issue a refund, shifting the blame to their partner's strict "no refund" policy. I expected better support from them. This experience has shown me that they do not stand by their customers. I will not book with them again and recommend caution to others.

Rented an Illegal Vehicle

I booked through a partner of the service. Upon pick-up in snowy Denmark, I was informed that the car lacked winter tires, making it illegal to drive in those conditions. They treated this as an optional extra that should be booked in advance, without clearly indicating this requirement. I don’t think having a drivable car should be optional! The response to my complaint was dismissive.

This company is terrible. Everything seemed fine until I was denied my car due to an issue with my address. I called for assistance and was refused a refund, resulting in a loss of £150. Avoid this company as they won’t refund you if you face any issues.

Complete Scam

When I went to pick up the car in Mexico, I was refused the vehicle until I paid approximately £260 for additional insurance, despite having already paid for a full package! The response from the service was that it was my fault for signing the rental agreement, implying I should have refused to pay. This is unacceptable.

Poor Rental Experience

I hired a vehicle through the service for pickup at Stuttgart airport late on a Friday. I prepaid months in advance. However, the rental company refused to rent me a car because my credit card only had initials. My other card, which had my full name, was not embossed, causing further issues. When I contacted the service for help, they showed no interest in finding me an alternative. Fortunately, I was assisted by the Hertz desk. I reached out multiple times for a refund or apology, but they ignored my requests. Communication is extremely difficult, and they often misinterpret inquiries. Avoid this service.
