Made a booking as it stated that cancellation made 48 hours in advance was free.Unfortunately I did not read the contract thorughly enough so I missed that there is a new "small" fee of 20 euros because of covid 19.On the website there is no information of the handling fee. You have to read the contract thorughly.And as I booked about 30 Times before with AutoEurope and always had free cancellation before I obviously didnt think that I needed to read the contract.My mistake...If I had made the cancellation directly with the car rental the price woyld have been the same and cancellation made 48 hours in advance would have been for free.Have booked with AutoEurope for 20 years but never again!They have lost a customer for ever!I have now chosen to rebook directly with RecordGo instead.
