UPDATE: The company reached out to inform me that they had let go of the employee responsible. They have since shipped my order, which I received and planted. All seeds germinated successfully, and the product is fantastic. I hope they have resolved their issues moving forward. ********************** I placed an order on February 9th. I emailed the service on April 9th about not receiving my seeds. They responded quickly, stating I should expect them within a week, and to contact them if I didn't. I emailed again on April 22 with no reply. Followed up on April 24 and 29, still no response. After several attempts, I was left without my order or any feedback for almost three months.
