Great experience with the single seed option

I've made two orders with this service, drawn in by their single seed option, which allows me to explore various strains without a large financial commitment. Each order included more than just the single seeds I requested, often providing 2-3 seeds per type. I've tried several, and each has proven to be a strong producer, often exceeding the growth of plants from other sources. Additionally, the shipping was prompt.

Excellent producers, quick delivery, and bonus seeds.

I've made two purchases from this service. The single seed option initially attracted me, as it allows me to sample different varieties without a hefty investment. Kudos to the service team

I previously faced challenges with an earlier seed order and left a negative review advising against purchasing. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the poor experience, explained that the issue was addressed, and sent me new seeds. They have followed up several times since, earning my respect for their efforts. Exceptional service. I now wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Seeds have finally arrived!

(I placed an order and paid on May 17th, but as of June 22nd, I still hadn't received it. They claimed to have resent it, but after reading reviews, I doubted it would arrive...) Now it's August 1st, 2024, and the seeds have finally come! A bit late for outdoor planting, but at least they are here. Thank you for resolving the issue.

Three months waiting for my order.

UPDATE: The company reached out to inform me that they had let go of the employee responsible. They have since shipped my order, which I received and planted. All seeds germinated successfully, and the product is fantastic. I hope they have resolved their issues moving forward. ********************** I placed an order on February 9th. I emailed the service on April 9th about not receiving my seeds. They responded quickly, stating I should expect them within a week, and to contact them if I didn't. I emailed again on April 22 with no reply. Followed up on April 24 and 29, still no response. After several attempts, I was left without my order or any feedback for almost three months.

Extra seeds provided, good price and selection, but customer service needs improvement.

I opted for free shipping with tracking but never received the tracking number. Despite emailing three times within a week, I got no response. My seeds arrived after a week via regular mail without tracking. (I live just two hours from their location.) They did include extra seeds, which is appreciated. The pricing and selection are good, but the main issue was the lack of communication, as the only contact method available is email. Hoping for a successful growing experience.

Lack of customer support

Prices are decent, but there is absolutely no customer service. I purchased seeds, most of which sprouted, but there were no replacements as advertised. Save your money and consider other options.
