My experience with Autofull has been quite poor. I’ve had the chair for a few days now, but I’ve noticed that some things are either not right or poorly made. For example, the buttons for massage, air, and heat are located on the seat itself. This means you’re constantly sitting on them, and if you’re wearing thin pants, it becomes very uncomfortable. I’ve also experienced back pain after a while, although this could be due to my sitting position. The customer service is also very bad — it took them several days to respond the first time, and now I’ve been waiting four more days without any reply. For the price, I personally don’t think it’s worth it, and on top of that, they have a poor refund policy.
