I’ve had their chair for 3 years now and it’s really worth the price. The chair still looks great and functions like new. The leather seat started cracking which is usual for me due to work and daily use. Love their warranty as I was able to get a new replacement chair (didn’t have my old model anymore) with next-day delivery - so efficient, hassle-free and smooth process. 10/10 customer service!!!
