My chair is just under 2 years old, I did some research before buying and thought for £190 I was going to have a decent chair that would last for years, Plus it came with a 3 year warranty!However at a year old the gas lift failed and I had to replace it at my own cost.The chairs base for your bottom is all split and cracked and looks awful.Now the arm looks like someone took a bite out of it, the foam just started crumbling for no reason one day.I purchased from Autofull direct and I know I made an account. However for warranty purposes I need the order number but all my details have gone and the manufacturer whilst they do reply, they are of no use, they just tell me to find the order number. To be honest pretty much any other company would find it for you, but not Autofull.My wives cheap gaming chair (cost about £80 max) still looks new and is older than mine!!!!
