Great chair, but the seat got scratched in less than a month of use. I reached out to support and they got back to me within a day. At first, I was dissatisfied with their reply. They told me to put a low-quality cover on a $500 chair. After insisting on getting service, they did send me a replacement seat. So I'm happy with the final service. They respond to support requests, unlike other companies I've dealt with. And they did make good on it in the end, but it took some cajoling to get there which is why I'm subtracting a star.
