I would leave a 0 if I could.They changed my window screen on 18th April. One of the employees scratched the car's bumper. We had to call and complain a lot of times before they finally made us an appointment to get our car fixed. The appointment was on 25th April at 8am. When we came to collect the car, the next day, we noticed that they only painted the corner of the bumper and it wasn't the same colour. I asked them to fix it, but they said to call them on Tuesday to make a new appointment. The next appointment was on 9 May at 9 am. At 12pm, they asked me to collect the car because they close at 1 pm, but they didn't fix it. We went back there today (12th May) and they had repainted the corner of the bumper, but it's still not the same colour.Whenever I call customer service, they tell me they can't put me through to the technicians. They say the managers are all having lunch and they'll be back in 30–40 minutes. But a few minutes later, I get an email from the manager asking for pictures. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. They didn't act in a professional way.
