I scheduled a windscreen replacement with a service in December 2025, but my appointment was rescheduled multiple times over nearly a month. I received various excuses, including being too busy, system errors claiming my booking didn't exist, and last-minute cancellations. On one occasion, no technician showed up at all. I was informed shortly before 9 am that no technician was available. The next date offered was nearly four weeks later, which is unacceptable for a simple windscreen replacement. Communication was poor, scheduling was unreliable, and confidence in the appointment was lacking. I eventually canceled and chose another provider who managed everything quickly and professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
Two technicians came to replace my windscreen and claimed my headliner was falling down, which it was not prior to their visit. I requested a before photo for evidence but never received one and was told to 'fix it myself.' I am appalled by this behavior.

When I called to check on my progress, they were extremely helpful, providing updates via email and phone. They even informed me that I could still drive my car despite the crack, which I couldn't find out from my insurance. Once coverage was confirmed, the service quickly arranged an appointment.
I called last week for a windscreen replacement. They could have come out on Thursday, but I chose Monday instead. They arrived as promised in the morning. The technician was very pleasant and completed the job quickly and efficiently, even putting my discs back in a new holder! Great work.

The technician caused significant damage to my vehicle, and when I reported it, the manager was rude and denied any responsibility, despite me providing a photo taken before the job. I strongly advise against using this service!
After two weeks of trying to get someone to come out from the area, I finally reached a lovely representative who arranged for a technician to visit. The technician was prompt, spotted another chip, and efficiently fixed both in about 20-30 minutes. Excellent service overall.
