Extremely disappointing experience – service was completely unacceptable. We found our ideal vehicle and reserved it for four weeks. We traded in our previous car, purchased another, paid the remaining balance right away, and received a confirmed delivery date ten days later. On the day of the appointment, after not hearing anything, we reached out to the company — only to learn that the vehicle was still in logistics and the delivery would not occur. From that moment, things only worsened. The company cancelled five appointments in total. Each time, we had already taken time off work, arranged childcare, and scheduled meetings with the registration office, insurance, and tire service — all of which had to be cancelled repeatedly. We contacted the company expressing how unfair this situation was, and they offered a €150 compensation. We accepted, received written confirmation, and were told it would be sent to accounting. Later, they cancelled yet another appointment due to 'technical issues' with the vehicle. At that point, we decided to cancel the entire purchase and requested a refund. The refund took 2.5 weeks — without the promised €150. When we inquired about it, they suddenly claimed compensation is only given if the vehicle is actually purchased. The company cancelled the appointments — not us. Their conduct is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disrespectful towards customers. We are genuinely relieved that we did not finalize the purchase. For a business that promotes itself extensively, this level of service is utterly disgraceful. Never again.
