I am very disappointed with how my repair case has been handled.
This issue has been ongoing for more than three months. During this time, I have spent a lot of time searching for workshops, visiting them in person, making phone calls, and writing emails. This has also cost me money for fuel and driving.
Initially, I was told the repair could be done at a nearby workshop. After months of back and forth, I was suddenly informed that I have to go to another workshop about 40 km away from my home. I don’t understand why this was not clarified from the beginning.
Communication has also been very frustrating. Waiting times on the phone were often more than 15 minutes. In one case, my call was answered and then ended immediately. I have spent at least two hours calling and writing emails just to get basic information.
Overall, the process has been stressful, time-consuming, and poorly coordinated. I expect a clear, reliable solution and much better communication.
