Terrible. Read all their never ending policies thoroughly! All returns are subject to a MINIMUM 15% restocking fee, of course customer covers all shipping charges, and unless you purchase protection insurance, any item damaged/lost, etc is your loss and even WITH the protection, it still may be your loss lol. Don't try looking for a phone number to call them cuz they don't believe in it (but yet they tell you to call on their website...) On and on and on. I really enjoyed reading their reason for the restocking fees. Cost of doing business people, just like everyone wanting to charge the customer for not cancelling an appointment within a certain timeframe. COST OF DOING BUSINESS!
