I, along with many others who have shared similar experiences, have lost my entire investment with ARC—$35,000 gone, with no refunds provided. They will attempt to offer you a Walmart store as an alternative, but that is also a financial trap. Do not accept it.American Wholesalers, their so-called partner, contributed to the failure of my store by supplying products that were not authorized for sale. This ultimately led to my store being permanently banned after only six months.Imagine this: the ARC contract actually forbids you from posting any disparaging remarks online, and if you do, their legal team immediately threatens you to take your post down. That happened to me after I shared my experience. They told me they would stop working to reinstate my store unless I removed my review. I complied and was strung along for another year with false promises.Today, I have no Amazon store, no recovered funds—only a significant financial loss.In my opinion, this is a scam. Notice of Business Assignment & Transition
Effective April 1st, 2025, ARC Automation LLC has formally assigned all active client contracts, operational responsibilities, and support services to American Wholesalers LLC (AWL).
This assignment includes:
• All eCommerce service agreements
• Performance, subscription, profit share, payment and billing obligations
• Client onboarding, fulfillment, and support operations
• Marketing materials, case studies, and performance claims
AWL previously served as ARC Automation’s fulfillment contractor and was the original provider of client case studies, service delivery, and marketing substantiation materials. As such, AWL has assumed full responsibility for ongoing service delivery, regulatory compliance, and any marketing-related inquiries or obligations.
