Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence before paying any upfront fee.

In my opinion, this company shows multiple red flags, including unclear business information, very high upfront fees, and claims that should be independently verified before anyone sends money.

If a company claims they can get brand approvals or LOAs from major brands, verify directly with the brand using official contact information before paying.

FTC consumer guidance recommends independently verifying who you’re dealing with and being cautious of impersonation/deceptive claims. ()

Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving forward without full verification.

RUN.

Horrible

Horrible, waste of my money. Do yourself a favor and run! They stayed with all the products they purchased for my store on Amazon after I told them it was not working out for me after not making much profit. Left me in debt on my AMEX card. I cannot reach out to anyone, all phons are disconnected and cannot reach anyone that I had prior contact info for to resolve the matter on getting my products that was purchased with my Amex card back. RUN! DO NOT Go in business with these ppl.

E-Commerce Scam via Automated Retail and American Wholesalers

Gave it one star because there isn’t an option to rate it lower. DO NOT DEAL WITH ARC or American Wholesalers in Santa Ana. Like all the other reviews, I had the same experience. The Amazon store they set up was suspended because American Wholesalers didn’t have a wholesale agreement to sell the products they put in my store. The manufacturer sent me a stop notice when they saw their product on my store. I immediately contacted Mario Avino at AWS. He told me not to worry and kept the products in my inventory. My account was suspended and ultimately deactivated with thousands of dollars worth of inventory at the Amazon warehouse. Once an account is suspended you can’t do anything from seller central so Amazon has charged me thousands of dollars for storage of my product. No matter how many times I complain via Slack or showing up at their office on Lyon Street in Santa Ana, all they do is have their “dispute expert” in some other country periodically file a dispute letter. ZERO progress since suspension. Once your Amazon account is suspended, they “make good” by sending you over to Louie who is their resident WalMart “expert”. You get to deal with his condescending and passive attitude while he does you a favor and sets up a WalMart store where you resell Home Depot products which is a clear violation of WalMarts terms. So after losing money and getting suspended for violating their terms and conditions, they blame a Walmart software upgrade for the suspension and say the only way to get back in the game is create new Amazon and Walmart stores and start buying more inventory. I finally cancelled my business credit card and today I get a message saying they can’t continue filing appeals unless I give them a current payment method. When I said no, they sent me a termination letter and will no longer be supporting me. Avoid Robert, Jhon, Mario, and Louie unless you like being ripped off.

Filing Complaint at California Attorney General

Just like many of the reviews before mine, the service offer made by the people behind Automated Retail Commerce was misleading. What worse is they closed down just before my 2-year guarantee policy. Imagine that, paying $35,000 with a 2-year profit guarantee but they close down right before it. While it's true they built me an Amazon and Walmart store, both of them got suspended because Automated Retail Commerce used e-commerce methods against their terms of service. For Amazon, they said they secured Brand Authorizations for well-known brands. But then Amazon suspended my store because we lacked proper documentation and invoices for the products we sold. For Walmart, they said selling products from Home Depot on Walmart is fine because everyone is doing it but after further review that was also against Walmart's terms of service. I have a lot more information to share but this is better used filing with the California AG. If you have been scammed by ARC I would do the same.Keep in mind Automated Retail Commerce, LLC is based in Florida so I filed a complaint against American Wholesalers LLC which is based in CA. I mentioned that both companies are connected with AW being the supplier and now the responsibile party after ARF closed.

Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam. Louie Diaz is a direct player is the ponzi Skeme. Lots of screenshots to prove they are fraudulent. Pursuing Legal Action in every form. Reporting to the BBB @ FTC & Detroit Bar Association etc… for ARC & also for American Wholesalers which they just try to shift the liability over to this new company. Proof of all of this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They completely scammed my dad and are costing him tens of thousands of dollars. They used products on amazon that were not approved through amazon so the whole shop had problems, not to mention they did not manage to give any return on investment. These people are the absolute worst. I don't even know how they manage to stay in business. Oh wait, it is because they will take all of you money and watch you drain your pockets so they can fill theirs.

TOTAL LOSS - ARC and American Wholesalers

I, along with many others who have shared similar experiences, have lost my entire investment with ARC—$35,000 gone, with no refunds provided. They will attempt to offer you a Walmart store as an alternative, but that is also a financial trap. Do not accept it.American Wholesalers, their so-called partner, contributed to the failure of my store by supplying products that were not authorized for sale. This ultimately led to my store being permanently banned after only six months.Imagine this: the ARC contract actually forbids you from posting any disparaging remarks online, and if you do, their legal team immediately threatens you to take your post down. That happened to me after I shared my experience. They told me they would stop working to reinstate my store unless I removed my review. I complied and was strung along for another year with false promises.Today, I have no Amazon store, no recovered funds—only a significant financial loss.In my opinion, this is a scam. If you’ve experienced similar losses, I strongly recommend seeking legal counsel. To those involved—Robert, Jhon, Luis, and Mario—your actions speak for themselves.

Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC.

Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC.I entered into a settlement agreement with ARC Automation in late 2024, which included a structured payout schedule through April 1, 2025. While initial payments were made, as of June 12, 2025, the final payment has not been received.I have upheld all agreed-upon terms, including removing public content per the agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, ARC has been unresponsive regarding the outstanding amount.I’m sharing this experience to inform others to exercise caution and ensure any agreements with ARC are upheld and enforceable. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and will update this review if payment is received. These are factual events that have happened. When I go to ARCs website now it states "Effective April 1st, 2025, ARC Automation LLC has formally assigned all active client contracts, operational responsibilities, and support services to American Wholesalers LLC (AWL)."
