This was a complete disappointment. Every year, I choose not to auto-renew and check the box, yet you've still taken my money. I had to reclaim it. The documents sent were a waste, and I won’t be considering your services again. It seems you default to auto-renewing. Based on this experience, I will seek other options. I did get my money back, so that's a small relief.
