This was a complete disappointment. Every year, I choose not to auto-renew and check the box, yet you've still taken my money. I had to reclaim it. The documents sent were a waste, and I won’t be considering your services again. It seems you default to auto-renewing. Based on this experience, I will seek other options. I did get my money back, so that's a small relief.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

What a frustrating experience! Every year, I make sure not to auto-renew and check the box. You've taken my money, which I had to recover. The documents sent were a waste of paper. Will I use this service again? Definitely not. It seems you are all set to auto-renew by default. Based on this, I'll be looking elsewhere. By the way, I managed to get my money back.
