The car was very clean and worked perfectly.The check in/out process was very smooth and took less than 15 minutes.The contract is very detailed, and contains a list of all flaws (scratched, broken or bented parts)They are very friendly and answer the phone, and provide assistance if needed.A suggestion might be to buy the most expensive insurance, it covers almost every external damage and the price difference with a basic insurance is not excessive.
