I have booked the car in Budapest. I had to pick up the car at 10.00 but the time of arrival was changed to 11.30. I used the platform rental cars where I changed the arrival time. When I arrived to Budapest I called to Autonom but they refused my booking because the time was not changed and they cancelled my reservation and they didn't have another car. Finally they took whole amount for rent and did not want to refund it. I strongly recommend no to use this company.
