My order was canceled without contacting me. They said they tried several times, but there is no evidence in my email or phone. I called and was told they would send me an authorization form because the delivery address is different than billing address. Called the center to advise that the form was not received and was told now because the order was cancelled, I had to place the order again. To hard to do business with this firm. Disappointed in the customer service. Stacy tried to be helpful. but the man who answered the second time was abrupt and rude.
