I recently purchased some car parts, and overall the service experience was quite good. Customer service was very patient and responded promptly, explaining everything carefully and demonstrating professionalism
However, the shipping was a bit slow, taking longer than I expected. Fortunately, the parts I received were of good quality and largely matched the description; there were no problems after installation
Overall, I'm satisfied. If they could improve shipping efficiency in the future, the shopping experience would be even better

The OEM was no longer available

The OEM was no longer available. They stopped making it. The sun visor arrived quickly and the condition was excellent. Will get all my parts from them for now on.
