2nd Update: No one has reached back out since my initial review. Dishonest company with dishonest practices looking to scam money out of you with false promises. STAY AWAY!Update: After posting this review they reached out. They promised to have the rep I worked with's supervisor call me. It's been a few weeks and crickets. My review still stands, STAY AWAY!!!Refinanced with them in '21. They got me a really good rate @ 2.9% but lied about the extended warranty. I wasn't going to get it because I would exceed the milage within a year or 2 tops because I drive a lot for work. They promised that if I didn't use it I would get a full refund. Well I reached back out when I reached the mileage and the refund dept. refused to issue the refund and the rep that I went through, who still works there, refuses to return any calls, text messages, or emails. I can't get a supervisor to return a call either.
