The person who worked with me was great, responsive, and easy to work with. However, the lender was delayed in funding the loan (not the company's fault, but the lender), which complicated the process. Fortunately, it all got settled and now have a lower payment.

After applying and submitting all necessary documents, I was approved—but the offer was not what I expected. It was worse in both rate and terms, effectively resetting my loan term after I had already made payments for almost a year and a half. I expressed my concerns and requested an alternative that at least matched my current monthly payment, even if the rate wasn't as good, hoping to find a fair solution. The next day, their response was to cancel the initial unfavorable offer and present an even worse one, leaving me in the same situation but resetting over a year of payments back to zero, alongside an excessive $900 GAP fee. It feels like a betrayal of trust to promote one offer in the app and then deliver a significantly worse deal. The hardest blow is the hard inquiry they conducted, which puts you in a weaker position to seek help from another service. This has been a total disaster.

It feels like a betrayal to promote an approval offer in the app only to follow up with a significantly worse deal. The hardest blow was the hard inquiry they made, which weakened my position to apply elsewhere. A total disaster.
