I saw an estimated offer on Credit Karma and that's what led me to Autopay. After they did a hard inquiry on my credit, the rate and monthly payment amount they found was higher than what the offer showed. It was slightly cheaper than my current monthly pay and like almost 1% less than my cutting rate... so I went ahead and just accepted the terms. However, it was pretty disappointing because it negatively affected my credit score and wasn't what was advertised. That and the fee sucked too. And they called over and over, spamming me with calls until I was so annoyed that I just did everything I could to get the deal done ASAP. All that said, my monthly payment is now a little cheaper, so I'm fine with it.
