The next day, their response was to cancel the initial unfavorable offer and present an even worse one, leaving me in the same situation but resetting over a year of payments back to zero, alongside an excessive $900 GAP fee. It feels like a betrayal of trust to promote one offer in the app and then deliver a significantly worse deal. The hardest blow is the hard inquiry they conducted, which puts you in a weaker position to seek help from another service. This has been a total disaster.
