Our company faced an unacceptable situation with the platform. We needed an awning arm that was backordered from the manufacturer and decided to try this service. This turned out to be a significant mistake. We paid a high price for the part, only to find it was used when we opened the box at a customer's location, despite ordering a brand-new item. This is entirely unacceptable. There was clearly no quality control to ensure a new part was sent. The packaging was from the manufacturer, so we had no reason to suspect otherwise. We have since been dealing with unhelpful customer service for days, simply wanting the new awning arm we paid for. Instead, we are stuck managing the old part while we wait. This morning, we received a message that an RGA was issued for same-day pickup without a single phone call. As a small business, we cannot afford to wait for a shipping company to collect a package. This situation is absurd. The proper procedure would have been to immediately ship the correct new arm to us and allow us to return the incorrect part with a simple label, rather than making us jump through hoops while our work is delayed. We are still waiting for the part we paid for, and this back-and-forth has gone on for too long. Please improve your service.
