I ordered a small engine that was listed as in stock, but it never shipped. It turns out they never had the product. I canceled the order and requested a credit, but the credit has not been issued. I've called multiple times, and they say the credit request is approved, yet my account has not been credited. Two weeks later, still nothing. AVOID this service!
