Initially, I wrote a good review for lexus, however things took a downward spiral, I paid £500 for my new car to be ceramic coated, but after a couple of weeks I noticed that rainwater wasn't beading and running off the car the way it should, it looked dull and dirty, so I took it to two different car detailing premises who both assured me the car hadn't been coated, one of these took me around the car and pointed out all the places that showed the car had not been decontamined prior to its coating. These are clearly visible in the photos, bear in mind this car is less than 2 years old and was delivered to me 3 weeks ago ! Since I collected my car I've rang the showroom 6 times to speak to the salesman about this and related issues to be told he was busy, as was the sales manager, ive yet to receive one call back, not one. It seems that 3 senior members of staff are leaving or left since I bought my car, is this an indication of poor morale in the workplace since Group 1 took over ? Been waiting for the phone to be answered for 32 minutes, still no answer....the email address you gave me keeps getting rejected
