If the App name is easier to be recognised by individuals regarding the claims of BMW car scratches or something relevant, it would be better.
There are too many apps nowadays and no one could pick up one app accurately if it is not for every day use.

I purchased a warranty from the dealer when I purchased my car, it unfortunately now has a couple of engine issues which are quite common on my car and the reason for me taking the warranty as this was covered. We are now 3 weeks in and the repair still hasn't been agreed, I am now sat with a £33k paperweight on my drive as the car is leaking oil on the exhaust which I have been informed may cause the car to catch fire, at this rate I wish it had caught fire as the insurance company would have been a lot easier to get may claim approved.

Next time I will be taking a second view on whether to spend the £2.5k I spent out on this policy especially as when I need a swift service it is taking forever to get the car repaired.

My registration number was not shown correctly for tyre claims although it is for alloy claims. Unable to make contact by phone as weekend. Therefore had the tyre replaced and now experiencing difficulty in having the claim processed. Email address does not work. Apparently I tried to send too many attachments.

Highly skilled technician with great communication.

The technician demonstrated a high level of professionalism, working with great care and attention to detail. Communication was easy and straightforward. There remains a slight shimmer where the dent was, but we both felt it was a satisfactory repair. My only concern is the resale value; the repair is so well done that it would take a keen eye to notice unless viewed from a specific angle. If the repair proves to be permanent and the color stays consistent, I will be satisfied. Let's wait and see.

Beware of the sales pitch

I attempted to file a claim for stone chips on the hood, which was denied with the explanation that 'a repair is only possible if an invisible result can be achieved. Unfortunately, due to the location of the damage, we may be unable to perform a repair to the desired standard.' I feel I wasted nearly £400 because I was misled by the sales pitch.
